Get UNIT0

There are two options to mine UNIT0:

• Run a node in the Unit Zero network.

• Delegate your L2MP to a mining node.

Mine with node

1. Reach a generating balance of at least 20,000 WAVES by ownership or lease.

2. Stake L2MP to the Stake Contract on the Waves network in favour of your node.

3. Run a Unit Zero node:

   • Launch a Waves node with the ConsensusClient extension.

   • Launch an Execution Client such as Hyperledger Besu.

4. Join Unit Zero by invoking the join() functions of the Chain Contract.

Your UNIT0 rewards will be accrued to your L1 address with each L1 epoch when your node produces blocks. The greater your node's L2MP stake, the higher your node's chance to be selected as a miner within an epoch.

Delegate your L2MP

Miners can share their UNIT0 rewards with those users who delegate their L2MP stake to them. The frequency and percentage of these payouts are determined by the miners independently and are not defined by the staking protocol.

If you're happy with the terms offered by the miner, you can stake your L2MP to the Stake Contract, indicating the delegated node.

How to transfer assets to Waves network

Via CEX

You can buy WAVES on a centralized exchange, such as:

• Binance

• Huobi

• OKX

• Kraken

• Bithumb

All markets

After that, transfer WAVES to your Waves wallet. Specify your wallet address in the “3P…” format.

Via bridge

You can transfer USDT, USDC, ETH, WBTC, BNB from MetaMask to your Waves wallet via PepeBridge.

1. Go to PepeBridge.

2. Under you send, select an asset in the source network and enter the amount.

3. Under wallet address, paste your Waves address in the “3P…” format.

4. Click Connect wallet and approve in MetaMask.

5. Click Transfer and sign the transaction.

You should have some WAVES to pay fees: 0.005 WAVES per transaction. You can exchange your deposited asset for WAVES on WX Network, paying the fee in that asset.

1. Go to WX Network.

2. Log in your Waves account, then navigate to Trading.

3. Search by asset name and select the pair with WAVES.

4. For YourAsset/WAVES pair, fill out Sell YourAsset form. For WAVES/YourAsset pair, fill out Buy WAVES form. Select your asset to pay the fee.

5. Wait for the order to be executed.

You can see your order in the Open Orders tab until it is fully executed. If necessary, you can cancel your unexecuted order and create a new one. If you require more info, see detailed instructions.
