Stake L2MP

About L2MP.

NOTE: Ensure you meet the prerequisites before staking L2MP.

Stake L2MP tokens by following the steps:

• Step 1: Connect Wallet.

• Step 2 (Optional): Top Up Balance.

• Step 3: Stake Tokens.

Prerequisites

• Account: Ensure having a supported wallet:

  • Ledger.

  • MetaMask.

  • Keeper Wallet.

  • WX Network Seed or Email.

• WAVES: Obtain a minimum of 0.005 WAVES tokens to cover the transaction fee.

• L2MP: Obtain L2MP tokens.

  NOTE: The greater your node's L2MP stake, the higher your node's chance to be selected as a miner within an epoch.

Step 1: Connect Wallet

1. Go to the L2MP Staking page.
2. In the Connect Wallet to Log In block:

   1. Select the relevant wallet type.

   2. Optional. Click Legal Disclaimer to read the terms.

   3. Click the I have read and agreed with the Legal Disclaimer checkbox.

   4. Click the Continue button.

Step 2 (Optional): Top Up Balance

NOTE: Complete this step only if your balance lacks sufficient L2MP tokens.

1. Get L2MP tokens.

Step 3: Stake Tokens

1. In the Stake > Enter amount block:

   1. Enter the L2MP token amount.

      LIMITATIONS: The number of L2MP tokens entered to stake cannot exceed your balance.

   2. Optional. Select the portion of your account's L2MP token balance to stake:

      1. {25%}.

      2. {50%}.

      3. {max}.

2. In the Stake > Staking Node block:

   1. Click Select node or enter manually.

   2. Select your node by:

      1. Entering the node's address in the Enter manually field.

      2. Or selecting the node's address from the drop-down list.

3. Click Stake. Your wallet extension will open.

4. Confirm the transaction in your wallet extension.
