Prerequisites

The prerequisites to vote on a proposal:

• Wallet: Set up a wallet via Keeper Wallet or WX Network.

• Tokens: Obtain at least:

  • 1 Unit0 token to vote.

  • 0.015 WAVES tokens to cover the transaction fees.

• Proposal Status: The proposal you wish to vote on must be in the Voting status.

Vote on Proposal

NOTE: Ensure you meet the prerequisites before voting on a proposal.

Vote on a proposal by following the steps:

• Step 1: Connect Wallet.

• Step 2: Stake Unit0.

• Step 3: Vote On Proposal.

• Step 4 (Optional): Retract Vote.

Step 1: Connect Wallet

WARNING: Perform this step only if you have not connected your wallet.

1. Go to the L'UNITS DAO page.

2. In the header of the page, click Connect Wallet. The Connect wallet window will open.

   
3. In the Connect wallet window:

   1. Optional. Click the terms and conditions button to read the terms and conditions.

   2. Click the I accept the terms and conditions checkbox.

   3. Select the preferred wallet connection method:

      • Keeper Wallet.

      • WX Network email.

      • WX Network seed.

      

      The wallet extension will open.

4. In the wallet extension, login to your wallet.

Step 2: Stake Unit0

WARNING: Perform this step only if you have not staked Unit0 tokens.

1. In the header of the L'UNITS DAO page, click the profile icon. The modal window will open.

   
2. In the modal window, click Manage UNITS. The Manage UNITS window will open.

   
3. On the Manage UNITS window's Stake tab:

   1. Enter the Unit0 token amount to stake.

      NOTE:

      • The minimum stake amount to vote is 1 Unit0 tokens.

      • Tokens will remain locked on the platform for 14 days, followed by the duration of the voting period if voted for a proposal.

   2. Optional. Click max to stake all Unit0 tokens available in your wallet.

   3. Click Stake.

      NOTE: The transaction fee is 0.005 WAVES.

      

      The wallet extension will open.

   4. In the wallet extension, confirm the transaction.

Step 3: Vote On Proposal

WARNING:

• Vote only on proposals that:

  • Present a clear implementation plan and a detailed roadmap.

  • Demonstrate a valuable contribution to the ecosystem.

  • Align with the core principles of the L'UNITS DAO.

• Avoid supporting projects that:

  • Lack of a development plan.

  • Sell grants without delivering value.

  • Seek deployment funding without clear objectives.

NOTE: The staked tokens are reusable for each unique proposal.

1. Go to the L'UNITS DAO page.

2. Click the block with the relevant proposal. The PROPOSAL_TITLE window will open.

   NOTE: Proposals are listed in chronological order, with the most recent proposals displayed at the top of the page.

   
3. In the PROPOSAL_TITLE window, click:

   NOTE The transaction fee is 0.005 WAVES.

   • Vote Yes to support the proposal.

   • Vote No to vote against the proposal.

   

   NOTE: You can retract your vote if necessary.

   Voting will conclude at the designated Voting End period, leading to one of the following outcomes.

Step 4 (Optional): Retract Vote

1. Go to the L'UNITS DAO page.

2. Click the block with the relevant proposal. The PROPOSAL_TITLE window will open.

   NOTE: The transaction fee is 0.005 WAVES.

   
3. Click Retract Vote (YOUR_VOTE YOUR_STAKED_TOKEN_AMOUNT UNIT0). The Unit0 tokens will return to your L'UNITS DAO balance.
